A ono nen\u00ed ani divu, jeliko\u017e d\u00e1vat milion a v\u00edce za malou garsonku o n\u011bkolika metrech \u010dtvere\u010dn\u00edch nikdo moc nechce, a hlavn\u011b nem\u016f\u017ee. Standardn\u00ed obydl\u00ed jsou prost\u011b a jednodu\u0161e a\u017e moc p\u0159edra\u017een\u00e9 a brzy o n\u011b p\u0159estane b\u00fdt z\u00e1jem, jeliko\u017e u\u017e na n\u011b jednodu\u0161e nebude nikdo m\u00edt pen\u00edze.  A tady p\u0159ich\u00e1zej\u00ed na \u0159adu alternativy. Jako prvn\u00ed je prost\u011b bydlet v podn\u00e1jmu, co\u017e samoz\u0159ejm\u011b m\u00e1 svoje v\u00fdhody. \u010clov\u011bk se vlastn\u011b nemus\u00ed o nic starat, ale taky mu nic nepat\u0159\u00ed. A cena je dnes p\u0159esn\u011b to krit\u00e9rium, podle kter\u00e9ho se lid\u00e9 \u0159\u00edd\u00ed. Vzhledem k tomu, \u017ee i mal\u00fd byt m\u016f\u017ee st\u00e1t miliony, je jasn\u00e9, \u017ee obdobn\u011b kvalitn\u00ed bydlen\u00ed za stovky tis\u00edc je velk\u00e1 v\u00fdhra. A modern\u00ed verze skute\u010dn\u011b mohou b\u00fdt vhodnou alternativou tradi\u010dn\u00edm mo\u017enostem bydlen\u00ed. A to nejen sv\u00fdm vnit\u0159n\u00edm vybaven\u00edm, ale \u010dasto i velikost\u00ed vnit\u0159n\u00edho prostoru. Skv\u011bl\u00e9 i pro podnikatele  Tento druh obydl\u00ed je v\u00fdhodn\u00fd hlavn\u011b cenov\u011b, co\u017e znamen\u00e1, \u017ee se automaticky jedn\u00e1 i o vhodn\u00e9 prostory pro mnoh\u00e9 podnikatele. Samoz\u0159ejm\u011b, \u017ee ne pro v\u0161echny, ale \u017eivnostn\u00edci, co se cht\u011bj\u00ed zab\u00fdvat kup\u0159\u00edkladu prodejem rychl\u00e9ho ob\u010derstven\u00ed \u010di obdobn\u00fdch pochutin, mohou mobiln\u00ed domky dokonale vyu\u017e\u00edt. Skv\u011bl\u00e9 nav\u00edc je, \u017ee nen\u00ed nutn\u00e9 si kv\u016fli tomu po\u0159izovat zrovna nejnov\u011bj\u0161\u00ed model.
